All On Target Home Inspectors are trained by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) and all are required to pass the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE). All inspectors have extensive prior experience in home construction and repair, and all inspections are bound by the high professional standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). We are dedicated to providing the industry’s highest level of service and continually receive training to remain at the top of our industry.

​On Target Home Inspections, LLC has invested a great deal of time and money in the development of the industry’s most comprehensive and informative software. Our software produces computer-generated reports that are unique and combine the best of all software programs available to home inspectors today.  All areas of the home are thoroughly outlined in our intuitive, user-friendly reports.   Each report comes with a Table of Contents, with hyperlink capability, so you can skip to a specific part of the report should you wish to.  Our reports typically include hundreds of photos and a dozen, or more, videos to help clarify the items we are attempting to bring to your attention.  We inspect over 400 items in every inspection. Unlike many other home inspection companies that provide only minimal information about a home, the report our clients receive typically contains approximately 100 pages of information about the home or commercial property. Of course, since our primary goal is to be of the utmost service to you, we provide a detailed summary at the back of each report, called "Primary Observations," where we itemize the items we think are most important for you know.
